1. Our Services

My Coheria provides digital marketing, technology, automation, website development, AI-powered solutions, educational resources, consulting, and related services designed to help purpose-driven businesses strengthen their digital presence and connect with the people they are meant to serve.

Specific deliverables are defined within individual client agreements or proposals.

2. Client Responsibilities

To provide our Services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Supply requested materials and account access in a timely manner.

• Review deliverables and provide feedback promptly.

• Maintain ownership or authorization for any content, logos, trademarks, images, or materials provided to My Coheria.

Delays in communication or approvals may impact project timelines.

3. No Guaranteed Results

Every business is unique.

While My Coheria applies proven strategies, thoughtful technology, and industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, website traffic, lead generation, AI search visibility, social media growth, or financial results.

Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, consumer behavior, third-party platforms, and market conditions.

4. Artificial Intelligence

My Coheria may utilize artificial intelligence technologies to enhance research, content development, automation, customer communication, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.

AI-generated content is reviewed before delivery whenever reasonably possible; however, clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving final content prior to publication or distribution.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients retain ownership of their existing trademarks, logos, photographs, branding, and original business content.

• My Coheria retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, workflows, templates, automation systems, software configurations, educational materials, documentation, and internal processes.

Upon full payment, custom website content and approved deliverables created specifically for the client become the client's property unless otherwise stated within the project agreement.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms including Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, WordPress, GoHighLevel, OpenAI, Mailgun, Twilio, Stripe, and other software providers.

My Coheria is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy updates, service interruptions, or functionality changes made by third-party providers.

7. Payments

Payment terms are established within each proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of Services until accounts are brought current.

Subscription-based services continue according to the agreed billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or harmful purposes, including distributing malware, spam, copyrighted material without authorization, or content that violates applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Coheria shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate Services in accordance with any applicable service agreement.

Termination does not relieve either party of obligations that arose prior to termination, including payment for completed work.

11. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices.

Updated versions will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located within South Carolina.
